We recommend the HV 110 to skiers who have a wider foot but still ski athletically and do not need an unnecessarily stiff boot. It offers a very balanced blend of support and mobility.
It is especially interesting for strong recreational skiers, former racers who now want more comfort, larger skiers and ambitious all-mountain skiers who would find the HV 130 too demanding.

Mach1 HV 110 or HV 130?
The HV 110 is not simply the weaker version. It is the better choice when a more moderate flex matches the skier. Flex 110 is easier to move, costs less energy and often works more harmoniously over a full day. Choose the HV 130 only if you can genuinely use the extra stiffness.
Bootfitting
Fitting and bootfitting note
High volume does not replace bootfitting. Even at 103 mm, heel and instep hold must remain precise. The C.A.S. liner can be heat moulded at 80 °C for 8 minutes, punched locally, ground by up to about 2 mm or tightened with Fit Kit elements.
Use GripWalk ISO 23223 only with compatible bindings. With wider feet, targeted fitting is better than simply buying the whole boot too large.
