Base and training waxes

To ensure your skis are optimally prepared for the racing season, you need the right wax for every use. For basic preparation and training, we recommend high-quality paraffin waxes – depending on your requirements, either a standard paraffin or one with antistatic and dirt-repellent additives for even better performance and durability. Whether block, paste, or liquid wax: each variant has its ideal area of application. We explain which waxes work best when in our blog – so you always have the right setup on your skis.

Racing Waxes

For maximum performance in racing, base waxes are often not enough. When it comes to those last tenths of a second, you need high-performance racing waxes – for noticeably more speed, better acceleration, and consistent glide. We have put together a selection for you here: tailored to temperature ranges as well as new and old snow, so you can find the perfect setup for every race condition.

Finish Waxes

For the last hundredths, there are the finish waxes. They are applied right at the end - or between runs - to fine-tune your skis even further to the current conditions. This way, you get the maximum speed and glide when it really counts.

Wax iron

To apply waxes correctly, you need the right tools: a cork is suitable for paste waxes, and a good waxing iron for block waxes. There are significant differences here – especially regarding the plate/control: The thicker the plate, the more constant and precise the temperature can be maintained and controlled.

And very important: The colder or higher quality the wax, the more critical the exact temperature becomes. The base must not get too hot, and some additives only work when processed within a precisely defined temperature range. This way, you get the most out of your wax – without stressing the base.
